The photographers eye: a blessing and a curse. Once you pick up photography, you start to notice your surroundings more. You notice the colors, the textures, the uniqueness of a scene. This is a blessing; the world explodes with beauty. But it’s a curse in moments where you don’t have your camera. I found myself wishing I could capture the scene each morning while out on the water surfing so I purchased a vintage waterproof film camera to take out surfing. These are my sunrise sessions.
